Rolled ice cream, also known as stir-fried ice cream, is a unique way of making and serving this frozen treat. We craft our ice cream base using fresh milk and heavy cream, ensuring a rich and creamy foundation. To this, we add fresh fruits or cookies, creating customized flavors. The entire process happens right in front of you!

Since its establishment in 2018, Polar Bear Rolled Ice Cream has gained a massive following in Oakley, with some enthusiasts driving up to 20 minutes just to savor its delights. We pride ourselves on our innovative ice cream-making method, which not only delights the taste buds but also offers a visually captivating experience. Each serving of our ice cream is prepared on the spot, ensuring that customers taste the freshest and most delicious flavors.
In 2023, we proudly opened our second store in Union City, marking an exciting milestone in our journey. Our goal has always been to share the joy of our handcrafted, delicious ice cream with as many people as possible, and this expansion allows us to reach even more of our amazing customers.
